Those who purchase Chevrolet vehicles have made their satisfaction known through the J.D. Power 2015 Initial Quality Study. Ten Chevy models ranked in the Top 3 or better in their segments, and four Chevys topped their categories.

More than 86,000 new car owners of 2015 models were surveyed by J.D. Power, an industry authority for customer satisfaction and quality. When the dust had settled and the entries calculated, Chevy models of all sizes and purposes emerged victorious.

The Spark city car, the iconic Malibu, the powerful Silverado 1500 and the family-favorite Equinox each won their respective categories, and all four of these wonderful choices for new Chevys are available through West Chevrolet serving Knoxville, TN!
