Sharp Eyes Capture 2024 Chevy Silverado HD Roaming the Wild with Production Headlights

There are many sharp-eyed spies out there assessing and tracking down the newest models being tested that we will soon carry here at West Chevy of Knoxville, constantly looking undercover as the new releases wait to come in and tension mounts. While the GM Authority crew has given us so many reliable digital scoops in the past about the refreshed 2024 Chevy Silverado, the latest showed a model with a bit less camouflage, and a restyled grill along with redesigned headlamps poking through a thin layer of front fascia camouflage.

From the first look at the photos, it appears that the primary headlights for the refreshed 2024 Silverado HD appear to have been moved just below the Chevy badge and its attached crossbar, which now resides in the upper quarter of the large front grille. As you gaze at the front it seems like this prototype may be a High Country or other very well-equipped trim level, and it remains the best look yet at redesigned Silverado HD since the prototypes first began rolling out in the public last summer.

This design is also showing off a brand-new wheel multi-spoke design with a gloss black finish, which will match the gloss black exterior color. The spies that caught this one wasn’t close enough to this prototype to make out the tire sizes, but an earlier Silverado HD High Country test truck that was spotted had boasted a set of 22-inch wheels wrapped in 265/60R22 Goodyear Wrangler Territory A/T Tires. A completely different prototype that was photographed had left the redesigned truck’s grille largely exposed, but with the original placeholder lighting elements from the past still in place.

The refreshed 2024 Chevy Silverado HD is also poised to introduce a completely overhauled interior, which will take after the refreshed 2022 Silverado 1500’s cabin as far as design scheme and technology options on board. An engine update is what many have been asking us about here at West Chevy, as the power source is truly the defining element of the nation’s most sought-after and burly truck! The revisions to the Duramax diesel engine will now push overall output to over 500 horsepower, and nearly 1,100 lb-ft of torque.

We are confident that your choice of Regular, Double, or Crew cab will not only fit your work personality, but weekend playtime needs as well. Easily recognizable are the High Country models, as the most visually distinguished featuring additional chrome and larger-sized wheels. Opting for the High Country also includes leather upholstery, a premium Bose audio system, and the very attractive open-pore wood trim. We’ll keep you posted right here on the blog about upcoming sightings, revisions to new features, and just how incredible and capable the incoming Silverado models will be!
